Video and Photography Policy
Stockwood Park Rugby Football Club encourages the use of photography and video to celebrate and promote the spirit of rugby. Whether it’s a team photo, action shot, the aim is to capture the enjoyment, development, and community that define our club.
However, we remain fully committed to safeguarding our young players and take the use of all imagery seriously, and to this end we have some rules in place that must be observed.
Photography and Video of Members under the age of 18
- You may not video or photograph any person under the age of 18 years old without receiving written authorisation from the club SafeGuarding office to do so.
- This includes parents or carers of a player that are photographing or videoing their own team.
- There may be protection orders in place for some children which mean they cannot be photographed or videoed under any circumstance.
- Please do not be offended if you are challenged by Club staff when photographing or videoing club members under the age of 18.
- The club supports the approved responsible use of photography by spectators, players, and parents/guardians during matches and events

- Parents can opt out if their child must not be photographed or filmed.
- Consent records are securely stored and shared only with relevant staff.
Use of VEO Technology
- VEO cameras are used on Adult match days to help coaches analyse team and individual performance.

- The Adult matches are streamed live to Youtube and may be viewed there during the live match.
- No matches involving players under the age of 18 may/will be streamed to YouTube.
- The VEO camera also records sound along with the video capture using its sensitive microphone, please be aware of this if standing in the proximity of the VEO camera during any session or matches.
- Following a game footage is securely stored and only accessible to coaches and parents with permission.
- VEO clips will not be publicly shared without consent.
