Returns Policy

Damaged items must be reported as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.

In the case of goods wrongly ordered or unwanted goods, we reserve the right to charge for the collection of these goods.   Our standard collection charge is £25.   All goods must be returned in the original packaging and must be unused.

In instances where the customer wishes to return goods to us themselves and the goods arrive back to us damaged, and that damage is not the result of our actions or negligence, then you may be liable to pay for the damage.

The distance selling regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 7 working days. Saturday and Sunday are working days, Bank Holidays are not. Should you decide to cancel, you must put this in writing, either by letter or email.

Customers should note that under Section 13 1 c of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, they do not have the right to return products where the product has been specifically manufactured to their specification unless the product is damaged or faulty. ‘Specifically manufactured’ includes, but is not limited to, numbers or initials placed on items.

The return and refund of tickets for events must be notified to us 5 working days prior to the event via e-mail on shop@stockwoodparkrfc.co.uk.    The return and refund of tickets less than 5 days prior to the event or post the event is solely at the discretion of Stockwood Park RFC and must be notified via e-mail on shop@stockwoodparkrfc.co.uk.

Your statutory rights are not affected in the event of faulty merchandise.

Refunds or exchanges can only be given on production of a valid receipt.
